RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Gary Brandeis is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to serve in a term ending January 5, 2029.
