WHEREAS, Cathryn’s Cake Salon, located in the vibrant heart of West Oak Lane, has been a cherished community establishment for four years, delighting residents with its artisanal baked goods and heartfelt service; and
WHEREAS, Founded by Cheryl Foat, Vaniah Foat, and Judeah Foat, Cathryn’s Cake Salon emerged from their shared vision of bringing homemade, artisanal baked goods to their neighborhood. The bakery has become a beloved local favorite, offering a diverse array of treats, including gourmet cupcakes, decadent cheesecakes, and delightful cookies, all crafted with meticulous care and a touch of home; and
WHEREAS, The bakery’s inviting atmosphere encourages patrons to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while savoring their favorite pastry. In addition to their exquisite baked goods, Cathryn’s Cake Salon provides custom cakes and catering services for special events, contributing to the creation of memorable moments for their customers; and
WHEREAS, Cathryn’s Cake Salon is committed to making a positive impact on the economic growth of the community. The business supports local initiatives through decorating classes, a reading incentive program, back-to-school programs, advertisement for small businesses, mentorship opportunities, and a corporate donation platform.
